The MedXtrem is divided into two categories: Xtrem Biker (three stages) and Probiker (the last two stages). The first stage connects Castellon and Morella, being a day of maximum demand through different towns of Els Ports. The following day, the competition is held in Morella, so you can enjoy charming routes, many of them recovered through the project Morella Singletracks. On the last day, participants go towards Benicassim, where the competition ends.

This competition brings together the best MTB racers in the national and international scenario and has become a true reference. In addition, throughout the weekend Morella organises numerous activities that complement the competition and allow enjoying MTB.
