During January and February, the nearby villages celebrate Les Santantonades where the purifying fire is the main protagonist. The truffle is mystery, aroma and flavour. Born under the land of the region, it is known as the “black diamond” because of its high economic and gastronomic value. Between January and March, different restaurants organise gastronomic days, in which menus with this product are offered and cooking demonstrations are carried out.
